As a Build/Contracts Manager, you will report into the Construction Director and manage a portfolio of projects, 3-4 at anyone time which will included RC Frame apartments to Traditional Housing schemes from (Apply online only) units. You will be managing a team of Project Managers and Site Managers for each developments.

You must have a proven track record as a Build/Contracts Manager within the house-building/residential sector, together with all the relevant certificates required. Your must have the ability to provide confident leadership, especially from a Commercial, Design, Construction, Sales and Health & Safety prospective. On a personal level, they are looking for someone with excellent management skills and whom is able to drive teams to a strict programme plans, to time and budget.
