We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team, supporting young people aged 11-18 with complex needs.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is patient, resilient, and genuinely passionate about helping young people thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with complex needs (including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and additional learning needs)
Support students both in and out of the classroom
Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour support, and engagement in learning
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals
Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous experience as an LSA or similar role working with children or young people with complex needs
Is calm, empathetic, and adaptable
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Can build positive, trusting relationships with students
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting young people's wellbeing
