Head of Technology Infrastructure - Cloud - Windows - Security Focussed - Digital Assets

Excellent opportunity opens for a Head of Technology Infrastructure to join a rapidly growing Digital Assets Firm. This role owns the end-to-end technology infrastructure estate across cloud, network, identity, endpoint, user security, and operational resilience, and is accountable for designing and running a secure, scalable, and compliant platform that enables engineering and the business to deliver reliably. This role leads infrastructure operations and governance, driving continuous improvement through automation and infrastructure-as-code, and ensuring audit readiness, disaster recovery capability, and a strong security posture.

In this role, you will:

• Drive the end-user computing strategy, covering device standards, compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, and secure remote access across Windows, Mac, and mobile.
• Deploy and manage enterprise tooling, such as collaboration and messaging platforms, SaaS services, email, AI governance and integration, and ensure their secure operation.
• Own cloud infrastructure foundations, including account governance, network, storage, shared services, and infrastructure-as-code standards to ensure secure, scalable, and consistent environments.
• Manage identity systems, defining authentication and access policies, privileged access controls, SSO/federation, and governance of human and non-human identities.
• Own enterprise network and connectivity architecture, including remote access, ZTNA, VPNs, and operational resilience.
• Define and test resilience and disaster recovery, maintaining RTO/RPO targets, DR architecture, and business continuity runbooks for critical services.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness, implement technical controls, produce audit evidence, and manage risks and exceptions to closure.
• Be accountable for service delivery and operations, including service health (review boards, change control), incident and problem management, SLAs/SLOs, and continuous improvement through automation and standardization.
• Partner with the Cybersecurity team to implement technical controls aligned to threat models and regulatory expectations.
• Lead the review, resolution and implementation for complex technical issues and initiatives.
• Evaluate new technology solutions, oversee the design, implement standard procedures, perform configuration to deploy and fine tune systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in infrastructure/platform roles, ownership of production environments.
• Experience operating in regulated or audit-heavy environments.
• Proven track record improving security posture, resilience, and operational maturity in cloud-native organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across Engineering, Security, Risk/Compliance, and Executive leadership.
• Highly developed problem-solving analytical thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational & time management skills.
• Web3/Crypto knowledge is not required but is a plus.
