TopCare is a leading provider of Home Care services on the Isle of Man.

We are looking for team members that are cheerful, compassionate, respectful and have a caring approach, with good communication/interpersonal skills.

Applicants should also have a good understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and the desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others.

Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, companionship, and accompanying clients on outings and appointments.

We require applicants that have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. Applicants will be required to work variable hours and from locations accross the Isle of Man.

Successful applicants will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role.

We offer a competitive salary, paid mileage, 20 days annual holiday and all Bank Holidays.
