Senior Sous Chef - Canary Wharf
Monday-Friday 40 hrs Overtime Paid

We're recruiting an experienced Senior Sous Chef for a high-volume, premium food operation in Canary Wharf.

Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, with 1-2 occasional evening shifts (paid overtime)
Team: 10 chefs + 4 KPs
Average 300 covers per day
