Orbit Workforce Solutions are recruiting for a hardworking Labourer on an ongoing construction project in Bath.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting skilled tradespeople on site as required

• Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times

• Loading and unloading materials and deliveries

• Moving materials around the site safely

• Carrying out general labouring duties as instructed by the site supervisor

• Following all health & safety procedures and site rules

• Using tools and equipment safely and appropriately

• Supporting site operations to ensure the project runs smoothly

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a general labourer on construction sites

• Valid CSCS card (essential)

• Ability to carry out manual handling and physically demanding tasks

• Good understanding of health & safety regulations on site

• Willingness to assist trades and site management when required

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions

• Own PPE including hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots
