Connect Appointments are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Charge Hand to join our client's busy Customer Service Centre in Cumbernauld.

What's on offer?

• Full-time permanent position - 39 hours per week
• Working 5 days over 8 - night shift hours
• An annual salary of 26,709 per annum + night shift allowance

In this hands-on role, you'll lead a small warehouse team, ensuring smooth operations and helping get technology products ready for delivery. Your day-to-day duties include:

• Lead and engage your warehouse team to deliver high standards
• Manage warehouse processes including shunting, loading/unloading, and operating MHE
• Support safe transport and handling of technology products
• Help maintain organisation and efficiency across the site

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys coaching and motivating others. What we're looking for:

• Previous experience overseeing or supporting warehouse teams
• Experience of coaching or mentoring colleagues
• Strong communication and time management skills
• FLT licence and experience is advantageous
• Driving licence preferred
• Recycling experience desired
