ServiceNow Solution Architect - 6 Month Contract - UK (Hybrid)

We're supporting a large-scale ServiceNow deployment within a major enterprise environment and are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design across the platform.

This is a key role within a multi-disciplinary delivery team, shaping architecture across design, build, and deployment phases.

What you'll be doing:
Leading end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture
Translating business requirements into scalable, supportable designs
Governing data models, integrations, workflows, and security patterns
Ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practice and telecoms standards
Providing architectural oversight during build and test phases
Managing technical risks and supporting design authority forums

What we're looking for:
5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
Proven track record as a Solution Architect on complex implementations
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
Experience with Telco environments (ideally SOMT/TSM)
Solid understanding of CMDB, integrations, and automation

Initial 6-month engagement
£300-£350 per day Outside IR35
 Hybrid working (London - 3 Days a week)
