A hybrid working position for a Senior People Business Partner within the People Team of an exceptional Educational Trust.
This role requires strong Employee Relations experience and will be working with School Senior Leaders and Trust Executives across Trust schools based in Surrey/West & East Sussex.
As the Senior People Business Partner you will deliver an excellent People service providing advice and support covering a full range of the employee lifecycle including - recruitment and selection, inductions, performance management, People/Employee Relations casework (grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence etc.). Ensuring policies and procedures are kept in line with up to date employment legislation and best practice People principles and attending meetings with school leaders.
No previous experience of working within education is required, however this is highly advantageous.

A hybrid working position with travel involved to the school within the Surrey/West Sussex/East Sussex area.
It is important to note, candidates must be able to drive and have access to a car as many of the schools are not accessible via public transport.

MCIPD/Level 7 or Equivalent (ideally)
Annual Salary £52,549 - £55,182 per annum
Working 52 weeks of the year - generous holiday allowance
37 hour working week (8:30/9:00am to 4:30/5:00pm can be flexible)
