Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for 2-3 projects at a time, overseeing the commercial delivery of these projects and ensuring cost-effectiveness and viability. As the Senior QS, you will be responsible for a small team of QS's and AQS's who will assist with the delivery of all projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or 5+ years' experience as a QS/
Strong background working on commercial projects such as, education, healthcare, MOJ, MOD etc.
Background in new-build or refurb/fitout is preferred.
Strong technical expertise, including the use of industry standard software.
Leadership and teamwork skills are essential.
