Job description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Handyman & Cleaner to carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and cleaning duties. This role is ideal for someone practical, self-motivated, and able to manage a range of tasks to a high standard.

• General handyperson tasks including basic repairs, maintenance, and minor installations

• Painting, patching, fixing fixtures

• Cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, including floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and waste disposal

• Ensuring properties/areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained

• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues

• Using tools and cleaning equipment safely and correctly

• Cleaning and maintaining facilities making sure they are all up to scratch

• Proven experience as a handyman, cleaner, or in a similar role

• Good practical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
