As an Oracle Cloud HCM Learn Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Learn module. You will work closely with clients to understand their learning and development needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and ensure successful deployment of the Oracle Cloud HCM Learn platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering training sessions, and offering ongoing consultancy services to drive maximum value from the Oracle Cloud HCM Learn solution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation Planning and Execution:

   • Collaborate with clients to assess learning requirements and define implementation strategies.
   • Develop comprehensive implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
   • Execute the implementation process, including system setup, data migration, and testing phases.

2. Configuration and Customization:

   • Configure Oracle Cloud HCM Learn module according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
   • Customize learning paths, content libraries, and user interfaces to meet unique client needs.
   • Implement integrations with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules or third-party systems as required.

3. Training and User Adoption:

   • Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders, including administrators, managers, and end-users.
   • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure smooth user adoption and effective utilization of the Oracle Cloud HCM Learn platform.
   • Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and self-service capabilities.

4. Consultation and Best Practices:

   • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert consultancy on learning and development strategies, industry trends, and technology solutions.
   • Recommend best practices for leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM Learn functionalities to achieve organizational objectives.
   • Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements or process improvements based on client feedback and industry insights.

5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

   • Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
   • Communicate effectively with clients to provide status updates, address concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
   • Foster strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships and future opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM Learn or similar learning management systems (LMS).
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM suite, particularly the Learn module, including configuration options, data structures, and integration capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules is a plus.
