A distinguished private family in Kensington is seeking an experienced Dementia Registered Nurse with spoken Turkish to provide bespoke, compassionate care for a family member living with dementia. Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, person-centred nursing care, tailored to the individual's needs and routines.
• Administer prescribed medications safely and efficiently, maintaining meticulous records.
• Monitor physical and cognitive well-being, identifying and reporting any changes promptly.
• Support daily living, including personal care, nutrition, and meaningful engagement activities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with household staff, family, and external healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and excellence of care.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

Hours & Remuneration:

• 12-hour day shifts, with night shifts available for those seeking additional hours.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current UK registration; dementia care experience essential.
• Fluent Turkish - speaking essential.
• Proven ability to work independently within a private household setting.
• Exceptional clinical skills, including medication administration, observation, and care planning.
• Discreet, reliable, and professional, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
