Academics are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with a range of special educational needs.

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils. You'll work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to ensure each student receives the best possible support to achieve their goals - both academically and personally.

This SEN Teacher role would suit someone with experience in special education, or a teacher who is looking to transition from a mainstream setting into SEN. A caring, patient, and flexible approach is essential, as well as a genuine passion for helping every child reach their full potential.

Academics will support you throughout your placement, offering ongoing guidance and the opportunity for long-term or permanent progression.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

• Experience teaching pupils with SEN, or a strong interest in special education

• Ability to differentiate effectively and manage varied learning needs

• Positive, patient, and nurturing approach
