- Managing customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time
- Monitoring credit limits and assessing credit risk
- Investigating and resolving account queries efficiently
- Allocating payments and maintaining accurate financial records
- Working closely with the sales and finance teams to support smooth account management
- Providing excellent customer service by phone and email
What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience in credit control, accounts administration, or a similar finance role
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Good IT skills, including experience with accounting or CRM systems
