The RoleAs Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations on a secure and complex build.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental standards
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and progress reporting

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• SMSTS, Gold/Black CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and phases of construction
