We are looking to recruit a confident, experienced Scheduler to work in a busy booking department covering works across the Uk and Ireland

This position has long term potential with growth to develop within the department

Main responsibilities will be:

• Communication with all customers and engineers
• Booking in works for the engineers to attend sites
• Schedule works based around project needs
• Load jobs onto an internal system
• Follow up on specific jobs
• Answering all incoming calls and direct calls accordingly
• Completing all associated paperwork
• Extensive phone work
• Problem solving and have the ability to offer solutions

The right candidate would

• Hold relevant scheduling or planning experience
• Have the ability to manage workloads in a busy office environment
• Computer literate, MS and internal systems
• Be looking for a secure position in a growing company

Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Salary upto 30,000
