Production Manager - (FMCG)
Location: Peterborough
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000
Shift: Mon - Fri Days
I'm working with a fantastic and fast-growing food manufacturing business that's on the lookout for a driven Production Manager to lead their Day Shift operations. This is a business on the rise - evolving, investing, and growing - and they need someone who's ready to grow with them.
What's in it for you?
- A genuine opportunity to shape and drive production on site
- A company where your input actually matters
- Clear and tangible prospects for progression
- A business that rewards hard work, innovation, and commitment
What do I need from you?
You've served your time in the food manufacturing trenches - ideally in a Shift Manager or Production Manager role - and you've got the scars (and success stories) to prove it. You're a natural people leader who knows how to bring the best out of a team, and you're confident embedding KPIs and high standards that deliver real results.
But we also want more than just a safe pair of hands.
Ideally, you'll also bring:
- Solid project management experience - you know how to lead change, not just manage it
- A strong LEAN toolkit - not just buzzwords, but real-world application
- Six Sigma training (Green Belt or above is a bonus)
- A proactive mindset with the desire to be part of a business that's going places
This role is for someone who wants to get stuck in, be part of the journey, and earn their stripes through impact - not just tenure.
If you're a current Shift Manager or Production Manager looking for a fresh challenge with serious growth potential, I want to hear from you.
