We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead CNC Machinist (Turning) to join a well-established engineering environment based in Woking, GU23.

This is a full-time, permanent, days-based role, ideal for someone looking for stability and progression within precision manufacturing.

Job duties include:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning and mill-turn machines
• Supporting day-to-day production to meet quality and delivery targets
• Providing technical guidance and support to other machinists
• Proving programs and resolving machining or process-related issues
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Contributing to continuous improvement in machining methods and efficiency

• Location: Woking, GU23
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Salary: Dependent on experience
