We require a site manager with civil engineering experience for a project on the Isle of Cumbrae.

The candidate must have good knowledge of NEC4 contracts. They will be liaising with the client, as well as organising logistics and deliveries to the island.

Other duties include cost reporting, stakeholders meetings, planning and implementing construction programmes, site diaries and recording of works completed.

The candidate will have overall responsibility for the whole site. Ideally the candidate must have experience with deep drainage, sea defence walls, concrete works, quality systems and implementing them on site.

Salary is open to negotiation.
