Java/Oracle Developer (Permanent)

Location: England Country: UK
 

Henderson Scott are currently recruiting for a large goverment department. A number of roles are available and to apply YOU MUST HOLD ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE (SC). These roles require a strong background development background working on/building Java applications with Oracle/ETL & PL/SQL experience. We have both employed and contracting roles (all contract roles deemed Inside IR35) across multiple locations in the UK (Glasgow, Croydon, Sheffield & Salford to name a few). Hybrid working is also available.

To apply we are looking for engineers with a strong technical background in the following: -

* Java - currently a specific Oracle version
. Oracle DB, so some PL/SQL is useful
. ETL knowledge - complicated ERP systems
. Live service understanding and optimisation
. Understanding of use of ODI
. Knowledge of Oracle BI Suite/Fusion
o Data Visualisation
o BIP
o OAX/OBIA
