About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer with Final Inspection to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet quality standards before dispatch to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out final visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards

• Pack products accurately and securely according to company procedures

• Identify, report, and segregate any defective or non-conforming items

• Label and prepare products for dispatch

• Maintain a clean and organised packing area

• Follow health & safety, quality, and company policies at all times

• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily targets

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, packing, or quality inspection role preferred (training can be provided)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
