About the Deputy Manager Role

As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Store Manager and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management and operational excellence - with clear progression opportunities into Store Management.

Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager

• Support the Deputy Manager in delivering KPIs: sales, shrinkage and wage control
• Drive exceptional customer service and team engagement
• Oversee stock control, merchandising and compliance standards
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
• Analyse store data to identify areas for improvement and growth

What We're Looking For in a Deputy Manager

• Proven experience as a Manager (or similar level) in a fast-paced retail environment
