Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Enfield

Salary 35,000 - 37,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Monday - Friday. 37.5 hours per week between 6am-6pm (typically 7am-4.30pm)

Our client, a leading international designer and manufacturer of premium surfaces for commercial and residential interiors, is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their Enfield HQ. The role is key to ensuring smooth warehouse operations, maintaining high standards of safety, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the warehouse team, ensuring daily targets are met.
• Manage inbound/outbound materials, stock control, and order accuracy.
• Work closely with Transport and DC Managers to coordinate shipments.
• Maintain health & safety standards and compliance procedures.
• Support training, performance management, and team development.
• Carry out warehouse duties as needed, including unloading, documentation, and stock takes.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience (stone industry experience a plus).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Calm, methodical, and professional with a hands-on approach.
• Good IT skills
• Full UK Driving licence
