Supply Desk is recruiting an Autism Support Worker to support pupils with ASD in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Radlett. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about championing neurodiversity and making a real difference.

• Supporting pupils with autism in and out of the classroom

• Encouraging communication, independence, and emotional regulation

• Implementing structured routines and positive behaviour strategies

• Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff

• Has experience supporting children with autism

• Demonstrates a calm, consistent, and empathetic approach

• Shows a strong understanding of behaviour support strategies

• Holds an enhanced DBS or is willing to apply for one

• Daily pay from £85

• Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant

• Access to autism-specific CPD and training

• Opportunity to secure a permanent role
