Are you a Factory Manager from a manufacturing background looking for an integral role within a well-established company where you will directly supervise an expanding operation?

On offer is the opportunity to take control of the factory operation, prioritise client's orders and work hand in hand with the Managing Director to ensure the company meets it planned expansion goals.

The company has become renowned for its specialist fabricated products. Year on year, sustained growth has enabled the company to produce record profits and with exciting, large orders secured for 2026, they are actively looking to recruit a Factory Manager to lead the 'hands on' operations.

Your role will require you to take control of the operation in the factory. You will prioritise client's orders and organise the engineers to ensure work is completed on time. You will be the direct point of contact for supervisors and will report to the Managing Director the progress of the work.

This role would suit an experienced Factory Manager form a Manufacturing background looking to implement their ideas to ensure success in an expanding company.

The Role:

• Head of Factory Operation
• The direct Point of Contact for MD
• Ensuring orders are completed on time
• 55,000 - 60,000 + Bonus ( 6000 OTE) + Private Medical + 25 days holiday + Training + Pension
