Known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and safety, they are now seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark hotel refurbishment in the heart of Edinburgh.

Your new role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage health and safety, liaise with the client and consultants, and lead a dedicated site team. This is a complex, live environment project requiring excellent planning and communication skills.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale refurbishment projects, ideally within the hospitality or commercial sectors

Strong leadership and organisational skills

SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications

Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations

Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment

A proactive and solutions-focused approach
