A forward-thinking built environment consultancy is recruiting for a Senior CDM Consultant to join their Huddersfield team. The role will focus on major projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, retail, industrial, and residential.

This is a key role for a Senior CDM Consultant who enjoys engaging with clients, driving health and safety strategy, and contributing to the safe delivery of complex projects.

You'll lead the Principal Designer process, facilitate design risk workshops, produce pre-construction information, and ensure full compliance with the CDM Regulations.

Senior CDM Consultant Requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent

• IMaPS or CMaPS status

• Strong working knowledge of design and construction risk

• Experience in consultancy-led CDM roles

• Clear communicator with confidence managing stakeholder expectations
