Your new role
As Plant Maintenance Manager contractors are booked and attend when required to both reactive and preventative issues, ensure there are suitable records of all maintenance and related costs for management to analyse efficiency and costs and identify room for investment, and you'll manage the systems including PM system, spend recording, safety records and all else related for this 'off the tools' maintenance manager role
What you'll need to succeed
Good knowledge of plant and production equipment maintenance, how to keep excellent records and knowledge of where to identify new contractors would be useful.
