A well-established national building services consultancy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing team, based in the City of London. With 13 offices across the UK, the business offers long-term stability, clear progression, and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality building services projects.
The Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of electrical building services across multiple projects, working closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams. You will contribute technically while supporting junior engineers and helping to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver electrical building services design from concept to completion

Produce and review technical calculations, drawings, and specifications

Coordinate with mechanical, public health, and external design teams

Support and mentor junior engineers

Attend client and design team meetings

Ensure compliance with UK standards and regulations
Requirements
-
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent)

Proven experience within a building services consultancy environment

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and UK regulations

Experience delivering projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, or mixed-use sectors

Confident communicator with client-facing experience
