We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic Yard Operative to join a highly successful manufacturing client based in Pitsone.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will work between the yard and the main factory, playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise 2x Yard Assistants, delegating tasks and being the main point of contact
• Receiving deliveries and distributing them appropriately

• Preparing products for dispatch and distribution

• Assisting with delivery scheduling

• Organising and disposing of recycling in line with company procedures

• Keeping the yard and work areas clean, tidy, and well organised

• Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
