Our Client is a successful Fresh Produce organisation, supplying premium, high quality fresh produce across 12 months of the year. We now offer an exciting opportunity to join them in a key role as Technical Manager.

This is a unique and exciting Technical Manager opportunity to join a Fresh Produce organisation who supports a grower owned cooperative, providing technical assistance to ensure technical compliance is achieved through the effective management of audits and positive customer relationships.

Key responsibilities will include;

Site Compliance; Environmental, Ethical and Food Safety legislation

Audit management; Site, Grower, Customer, Storage/Production

Monitor Pesticides, ensure testing meets requirements

Relationship building; Customers, Growers, Suppliers

Managing on-farm Quality procedures and HACCP

We require;

Confident with quality/technical systems & procedures including BRC, HACCP, Auditing, and Food Safety

A technically focused Fresh Produce individual, seeking a new challenge/next stage in their career

Experience gained in a site/customer/supplier/grower technical position

Experience with Fruit categories would be highly advantageous

Positive communicator, with the ability to work at all levels

Driving Licence required due to travel across sites

Location; Cambridgeshire

Salary; 45-50k
