Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

About the Role:
Pertemps is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading builders merchant in Kings Langley for a qualified and customer-focused Class 2 HIAB Driver. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team, delivering building materials to a loyal customer base while operating a lorry-mounted crane (HIAB).

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle and HIAB (lorry-mounted crane)
• Load, transport, and unload building materials at customer sites using the crane
• Conduct daily vehicle and crane checks, reporting any issues promptly
• Deliver goods on time while providing excellent customer service
• Ensure loads are safely secured and comply with road safety regulations
• Assist in the yard or warehouse when required

Requirements:

• Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
• HIAB licence (Lorry Loader Certificate) remote and/or hook/grab preferred
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• At least 2 years' commercial driving experience
• Strong customer service skills and a team player attitude
• A responsible, safety-first approach to work
