Occupational Health Advisor
Derbyshire
Permanent, 3 days per week

Our busy client are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their in-house OH department.

This role is ideal for a proactive, dynamic individual who is interested in covering a varied remit including:
-Health surveillance
-New starter screening
-Supporting with physical, mental health and neurodiversity in the workplace
-Safety critical assessments/driver assessments
-Management referrals
-Drug and alcohol monitoring
-Health promotion
-Supporting HSE policy
-HAVs
-Delivering health and wellbeing initiatives

Required skills for the Occupational Health Advisor:
-Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
-Experience working within OH covering the above duties
-Full driving license
-OH qualification desirable but not essential
-Great communication skills
