Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm- Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office)

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join a respected and long-established practice in Tenbury Wells. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied caseload of property matters, with the reassurance of working in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor/Conveyancer, your work will cover:

• Commercial and Agricultural Conveyancing
• Landlord and Tenant matters (both commercial and residential)
• Residential conveyancing for long-standing clients
• Development acquisition and plot sales
• Option, overage, and promotion agreements
• Liaising with other property professionals, including estate agents and accountants

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Previous PQE in commercial and agricultural property law
• Strong knowledge across all aspects of property law
• The ability to manage and progress a varied caseload confidently
• Experience with commercial and agricultural transactions and associated documents
• A detail-oriented, motivated, and dependable approach
