We are looking for an experienced and reliable Freelance Site Manager to oversee a pitched and flat roof replacement scheme across a social housing portfolio in Nottingham. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the high standards required by our client.

• On-Site Management: Daily supervision of subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications.

• Health & Safety: Maintaining a "safety first" culture. Conducting site inductions, RAMS reviews, and ensuring full compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.

• Tenant Liaison: Managing the interface between the site team and residents to ensure minimal disruption during works.

• Progress Reporting: Attending weekly progress meetings and providing detailed reports to the Contracts Manager.

• Logistics: Managing site deliveries and waste removal in constrained residential areas.

• Experience: Proven track record in managing Social Housing refurbishment, specifically roofing schemes (tiling, slating, and EPDM/felt systems).

• Qualifications:

  • SMSTS

  • First Aid at Work

  • CSCS Black Card

  • Asbestos Awareness (UKATA)
