Role Summary

A mid-sized law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor in 2026.

You will join a large and established property department and be responsible for your own caseload. This will be mixed with a focus on L&T transactions (leases, licenses, assignments, sales, option agreements, acquisitions) but also include some property finance, acting for both the lender and borrower.

The law firm in question are modern, flexible and progressive.

This role is open to any UK qualified lawyer with between 2-10 PQE. The firm have a 60% office attendance requirement.

Experience Required

• Be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE - essential
