This role involves supporting learners aged, helping them access tailored academic and vocational pathways that promote independence, confidence, and progression.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience supporting autism and behaviour needs
Valid Child/Adult DBS (or willingness to apply)
Previous experience working with learners with SEND
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Role Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to learners aged
Assist with personalised academic and vocational learning activities
Support the delivery of individual learning and support plans
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
