Futured recruitment is looking to appoint a Production Supervisor for a well known manufacturing business going through a period of continued growth. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and operational KPIs are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and allocate work across multidisciplinary production and engineering teams to meet production schedules, KPIs, and OTIF targets.
• Provide hands-on operational support while supervising daily activities and maintaining high quality standards across all outputs.
• Monitor production performance, identify and resolve issues promptly, and ensure full compliance with quality, health & safety, and continuous improvement requirements.
• Review work orders and engineering documentation, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate production, training, and compliance records.
• Motivate, develop, and support team members through effective leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving.

Skills & Experience

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement principles.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, flexible approach with strong attention to detail.
