Job Title: Press Supervisor
Location: Stourport
Hours: 7.00am-4.00pm, 1pm finish Friday
Salary: Competitive Dependent on experience

Our client is looking for a hands-on Press Supervisor to lead their Press Department. You'll be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Day to Day duties and responsibilities:
. Lead and motivate your team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
. Monitor performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement using Lean principles.
. Ensure safe working practices and adherence to standard operating procedures.
. Manage day-to-day resources, production planning, and machinery availability.
. Support training, development, and performance of team members.
. Resolve production issues and support customer requirements.
. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and results.

Skills and experience required:
. Previous experience in a manufacturing/press environment.
. Strong leadership and team management skills.
. Good attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot problems.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally Sage 200.
. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
