We are recruiting an experienced, nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager to lead a high-quality, fully compliant nursing home in Portsmouth, Hampshire. • Oversee clinical audits, risk management, and quality assurance

• Manage staffing, recruitment, retention, and performance

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, GPs, and external professionals

• Manage budgets, occupancy, and overall home performance

• Prepare for and lead CQC inspections

• Nurse qualified (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) essential

• Experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager, or Deputy Manager

• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance, and safeguarding

• Proven leadership and people-management skills

• Passion for high-quality nursing and elderly care

• Right to work in the UK

• Experience managing a fully compliant or Good/Outstanding CQC-rated nursing home

• Strong clinical leadership background

• Budget, occupancy, and performance management experience

• Knowledge of local healthcare services in Portsmouth and Hampshire
