We are looking for a Building Consultant to join a team of experts. You ll be investigating and diagnosing subsidence damage to residential and commercial properties. You will also be providing technical advice, reports, and recommendations to clients, insurers, and contractors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• MRICS/Assoc. RICS/MCIOB etc or progression towards a professional qualification
• Previous experience in subsidence engineering or a similar role
• practical and hands-on approach to work
• A creative and analytical mind
• A good eye for detail and quality
