1st Line Support/Service Desk Specialist - Hedge Fund

My Systematic Hedge Fund client are looking for a passionate 1st line Support specialist to join a dynamic team responsible for Data systems within the business.

In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for internal users encountering technical issues or specific requests related to their data systems.

This will involve receiving and logging tickets via JIRA systems and providing timely and effective solutions, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to problem resolution.
