My client based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit an FLT Counterbalance on a temp to perm contract The role will require you to work 5 days out of 7, based on 37.5 hours per week with shifts starting at various times including, 0400, 0500, 0600, 0700, 0800, 0900. The main functions of the role include - Operate Counterbalance FLT in a safe and efficient manner - Assist with order picking and stock rotation - Observe Health and Safety at all times - Support colleagues across the warehouse and production teams As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - suitable FLT Counterbalance License (not in-house) - previous experience in a chilled warehouse environment would be preferred - Your own transport is essential so you get to the site for the early morning shifts - Strong communication skills - Good attention to detail The starting pay-rate is 13.17 increasing to 13.53 with training Keywords FLT, counterbalance, chilled warehouse, FMCG
