Mortgage Advisor (Self-Employed)
OTE £10,000 - £40,000 Year 1 Scope for Growth Cranleigh, Surrey (Hybrid Working Available)

We're recruiting on behalf of an established and well-respected financial services organisation for a self-employed Mortgage Advisor. Perfect for someone moving from employed mortgage advice into self-employment, this role offers flexibility, autonomy, and full support to build your own client base.

The role:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice
• Manage cases from enquiry to completion
• Build strong client relationships and generate referrals
• Benefit from ongoing training, lead generation, marketing support, and admin assistance

What you'll need:

• CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Based within 60 minutes of Cranleigh
