Senior Residential Sales Negotiator

Salary: discussed upon application
Hours: Mon Fri 8.45am to 5.30pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am 1.00pm
The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join our clients prestigious property specialist sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in driving property sales and valuations within a well-established, respected firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out property valuations and provide expert advice to clients.
- Manage property sales from instruction through to completion.
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking and marketing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards.
About You:
- Proven experience in residential sales and valuations (minimum 2 3 years).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and organised.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
