I m currently working with a well-established further education provider who are looking to appoint a Lecturer in Bricklaying & Multi-Skills for their Huntingdon campus.

The Role
As a Lecturer in Bricklaying & Multi-Skills, you ll deliver a mix of practical and theoretical teaching across a range of programmes. You ll play a key role in helping learners develop technical competence, confidence, and employability skills aligned with current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment across bricklaying and multi-skills programmes
• Support learners through tutorials, guidance, and pastoral care
• Contribute to curriculum development to keep programmes current and industry-relevant
• Complete associated administration accurately and professionally

What My Client Is Looking For

• Proven industry experience in Bricklaying, Multi-skills, or Construction
• A minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Bricklaying or a related trade
• Strong technical knowledge with a genuine passion for sharing skills and experience
• Excellent communication skills and a learner-centred approach

Teaching qualifications are welcomed, but strong industry professionals who are keen to move into education are also encouraged to apply.
