Factory Operator Entry Level

Location: Walthamstow, East London
Salary: £13.00 per hour (£26,400 per year) + Overtime + Bonus + Pension
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We combine 100+ years of expertise with a modern, innovative mindset and we re looking for a Factory Operator to join our friendly team.

This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone hands-on with good maths skills who wants to build a career in manufacturing. Full training provided.

What You ll Do

Operate machinery (full training provided).
Carry out manual manufacturing and packaging tasks.
Work from job cards and engineering drawings.
Use basic measurement tools (vernier, micrometer).
Check product quality and support a zero-defect approach.
Follow health & safety guidelines and report any issues.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace (5S).

What We re Looking For

Living within minutes of Walthamstow.
NVQ Level 2 or good GCSEs (especially maths).
Good communication skills (fluent English).
Team player, proactive and eager to learn.
Comfortable with manual lifting.
