We're recruiting on behalf of an established and well-respected financial services organisation for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. This is perfect for someone with strong local connections and a passion for helping clients, who wants to start a career in self-employed mortgage and financial advice with full support and training.

The role:

• Learn and deliver tailored mortgage and protection advice
• Manage cases from enquiry to completion
• Build lasting client relationships and generate referrals
• Receive training, lead generation, marketing support, and coaching

What you'll need:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Based within 60 minutes of Cranleigh
• Desire to succeed and build your own business
• Determination and resilience
