Yellow 42 are seeking an experienced receptionist to work for a family run premises in the heart of Pitlochry.

The premises consists of 13 Boutique rooms and a very busy gastro pub.

Busy with locals and tourists alike.

Main Tasks & responsibilities

• Answering reservation line and answering guest queries.
• Helping guests and creating positive experiences.
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out.
• Manage all bills and payments correctly.
• Assist with the other departments in the hotel, as only 13 rooms time will be split with the bar and restaurant.
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies as set out by the company.
• Supporting the rest of the team when required.

We re looking for

• Previous experience in hotel reception.
• Good with people.
• Skilled multitasker who can balance working in different departments.
• Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages is a bonus
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Licensing Laws
